If you’d like to stop recurring payments because you plan to update your membership (dues type/payment method/dues amount), you don’t need to fill out this form. Please sign up for your new dues type or amount on any DSA join page using the email associated with your membership. Your previous dues payment will be automatically canceled and replaced.
Make sure to enter the email address associated with your membership and recurring payments. You’ll receive a confirmation email after submitting this form, and another once we have processed your request.
You have a year of membership from your last successful, non-refunded dues payment.

If you’d like to stop your membership dues AND quit DSA: please select the second option below.
